In-person events
Although Media Arena focuses primarily on hybrid and virtual events, 100% physical events are also possible.
Our state-of-the-art event studio ‘The Arena’ can accommodate up to 250 physical attendees (or 206 when recording and/or live streaming). Whether you’re planning a conference, seminar, or product launch, this event studio offers the perfect setting to engage and connect with your audience.
But that’s not all. Media Arena also features a stylish and cozy foyer, complete with food and drinks options, making it the ideal space for networking and socializing before and after your event. And with its extension, you even welcome more guests. Or you organise a connecting lecture. In addition, we have two fully-equipped meeting rooms that are perfect for smaller gatherings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops.

The Foyer
Networking, connecting and building relationships over snacks and drinks is what The Foyer (and its extension) is for. A reception, breakfast, lunch or diner: everything is possible.

The Level
The Level meeting room provides the ideal setting for meetings of up to 16 persons and has several multimedia possibilities. Coffee, tea and soft drinks included.
